Glen was simply amazing! Fixed six pairs of glasses for us, and quickly too! He was great engaging with our two boys, asking my son how many birthdays he’s had so far, which made him giggle. Oh, and Kellie gave our boys some cool glasses! They really matched our kids energy. Thank you all for the great experience.

Had a wonderful shopping experience with Lou , the manager of the Moorestown Mall Lenscrafters store. He made my shopping transaction seamless and stress free. His customer service is outstanding and he accomodates all requests. I highly recommend Lou and his entire team. Can't wait till my new Tiffany eyewear frames are ready for pick up !!

Had a two day experience at this store and I couldn’t be more happier. Getting a second pair of glasses next week. Lisa helped me initially. Kellie stepped in and even Lou I think it was. Good vibes in there and I got a great price. Highly highly recommend!

We went into LensCrafters to get my mom set up with new glasses and sunglasses, and from the second we walked in, the experience was top tier. There were no customers in the store, so there was plenty of help available, which made everything feel relaxed and unhurried. Lou, the lab manager, took care of us and could not have been more accommodating. He made sure we found every discount possible (which we very much appreciated), and he struck the perfect balance of being humorous and informative without ever feeling salesy. The funny part is, we didn’t even go in looking for sound-amplifying glasses. We just asked a few questions out of curiosity, and Lou was so passionate about how well they work that he gave us a full demo. Next thing you know… we’re buying them for my mom. Safe to say

Kellie was absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She made sure I understood all my options and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Her staff was just as impressive. Efficient, courteous, and clearly well-trained. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and it made the process smooth and enjoyable.
