If you want an amazing PT, see Andrea R-C. She is knowledgeable, educated and works well within your limitations but pushes you to be better. I came to her with hip bursitis, which she 100% resolved, as well as improved my knee stability, which another PT I went to for 12 weeks couldn’t do. I cannot recommend her enough. If you want to recover and be better/faster/stronger and pain free, this is who you want to see. I went from not being able to walk without pain, to running 2 miles pain free. Go see her now!

Today was my first consult for back- hip-joint pain, hypermobility. I chose Strive because of the reviews and Dr Jay was recommended for his experience w my unique needs. I have been going to Strive since 7/2024, and I LOVE my aqua therapy instructor, Lisa O. She is patient and kind, she explains the exercise and asks how I'm doing/feeling during my session, I'm able to have more flexibility and less pain in the water. Recently, I've been doing "land" therapy with Jay and a few other therapists, they really put up with my shenanigans but I make it through each session. I am feeling stronger.
