I went to the office in Clyde, NC. An amazingly talented, efficient and knowledgeable office employee, Judian Kennedy assisted with my hearing test and all other follow up appointments. She is seemingly in several places at once! The doctors I’ve seen have also been incredibly patient and kind. Thank you all. It’s great to hear again!!

I came up to Clyde from Lancaster, SC to bring my elderly grandmother to this office. We expected a bit of a wait, but it ended up being very long. What bothered me most, however, was how pressured we felt when it came to purchasing hearing aids. The only options presented were expensive, clearly outside of my grandmother’s budget, and no affordable alternatives were ever recommended. I felt this was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the needs of elderly patients who often live on fixed incomes.

Waited long past appt time with our elderly mother while staff was talking and laughing. Pressured to purchase very expensive hearing aids on my mother's very limited income. Even asked to finance at her age. Choose a reputable business that isn't just about sales.

Appreciate your getting me in so quickly. Only issue I would like to share is during the remote exam the first individual had issues with getting the camera properly inserted in my left ear. Pulled, tugged, wiggled with no success for the remote Doc. The was some discomfort. She then went a got an associate who performed the required insertion without any problem. First staff member might need further training???? Otherwise the visit was good. Regards Darrell

Very caring staff,it was very interesting hearing test.Audiologist explained everything very well. However,I was amazed by the cost.I knew they would be maybe not affordable for me I am still thinking about what to do. Thank you for your help and attention to detail. My best regard
