Quick and easy check-in process, was in a room with in 3min, provider saw me, tests completed and discharged within 1.5hrs. Great teamwork and they all worked well together and kept me informed the whole way through my experience. Great Job, and Thank you for Caring for me!

The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and were very friendly. The wait wasn't near as long as I was expecting. The nurse that took me back was very nice and friendly. She offered a welcomed flu and covid test due to me being on a cruise and in airports. The wait on the doctor wasn't long. He was also very friendly asked about my trip and if it was a nice vacation. He was thorough in his inquiry before treating me. There is nothing negative that I could say about this visit. I don't remember ever having a bad experience at Mission My Care Haywood.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had at a medical office in many years! Every single person was friendly, kind, professional and efficient.

The medical assistant that I first met with did not have a great bedside manner. Maybe she had a long day, it was late in the day so I can't really say, but she was not very kind or sympathetic. The PA on staff was very friendly, and polite, however I did not feel he was very thorough. I came in for two issues, a splinter in my right hand and a cold and all I got were my ears looked at. Was very disappointed as I walked out of there with nothing resolved. A waste of 2 hours and $120.

After a friend's motorcycle accident, you couldn't have asked for better treatment. Everyone was professional, accommodating, empathetic, and stayed well after closing to make sure things were right. Such a great alternative in our situation than the ER up the hill from here. They are true heroes in their field and care about what they do. Thank you.
