The staff is absolutely phenomenal! They are so patient and so kind!!! Truly, an amazing experience, especially after dealing with another dentist in Waynesville. We are so grateful that we are patient now of this dentist! If you’re looking for a great dentist for your children, this is the one!

Went for the first time this week. Came on a recommendation from someone and hadn't looked up the location until day of. It's a long drive from Asheville but it works out because we're moving to Sylva next year. Whoever does the landscaping does a great job, this place looks so cool. Lots of Japanese plants. Inside everyone was very nice and helpful as well. Glad we made this choice

Everyone is thorough and excellent. Especially Skye, she's the best!💖 Dr. Randell is one of the most qualified dentist I've ever been too. Our whole family has switched to Flossy Mountain Dentistry now. Christy is wonderful. Levi is great with scheduling and Ashley is so sweet! Awesome staff! Definitely recommend!!!

The best practice I have ever seen! They were completely focused on fixing mine and my fiancé’s issues. They looked further into our issues than any dentist either of us has been to. It is well worth the wait if they are booked out. They are an amazing team and will 100% take care of you.

The team has lovely bedside manners & the dentist (Dr. Randall) is fabulous! Levi (the office manager/receptionist), was awesome toward my son with making him feel calm and yet excited for his treatment. Oh & the little therapy dog there that makes the kids feel calm is the total best!!! Wonderful all around experience for my 3 year olds very first dental visit! They are super kind, patient, professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing and SUPER CLEAN. So grateful they opened this practice & take Medicaid. Looking forward to my own appointment coming up. 💛 🦷 Thanks Flossys!!
