Very nice establishment, Drs and care team are very caring, patient and friendly. I am very grateful to have them as my daughter’s Primary Care Team! I have never called for her and she not been taken care of promptly and with the utmost care.

Breaks my heart to write this! I have five kids all have been with dr Sibal! But today when I called for my daughter’s medicine I was greeted by some new lady at the front desk not the typical man I speak with. Telling me it’s booked until mid February for something my child has to have!!! Now looking for another pediatrician cause this is ridiculous

The absolute worst ever. The DR is good with care but AWFUL with time. Time is not valued in this office. Appt is at 3:10pm but at 4:20pm you haven't been seen by a doctor and they don't even come in and say well the DR is running behind. They just keep you and your children waiting. They clearly only value their own time. Then you ask who you can complain too about how this happened and you have to complain to the DR about how crappy her and her staffs timing is. We have been going here for 8 years and now will find a new pediatrician. Also, they had to reschedule my initial appointment due to an electricity issue but didn't even call me like they stated they would, I had to call them to get them to do their job of rescheduling my appointment. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DR EXPERIENCE EVER.

This place need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! They barely answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold & never click back over. The office filled with “nurses” and never doctors. How a doctors office don’t have doctors in the building? When it is a doctor in it’s only ONE! They might as well do walk ins because you’ll be waiting for longer than an hour smh. Kids really be going weeks without their medicine because “only a doctor can do it” and they literally never there. Y’all take yall kids somewhere else, I know I will be.

Slowest place I ever took my kids too wait time is extremely long seems like they don’t know what they’re doing took my kid there twice then to vacuum just to come back for them to prescribe meds brought my infant and waited 2 hours to be seen place needs to be closed down and open when they can find nurses and doctors that can move accordingly and keep up with patients if I could leave 0 stars I would still here after wait time and my kid haven’t been seen waiting on mom and baby to be seen they close at it’s 5:30
