Virginia Pediatric and Adolescent Center (Fair Ridge office)

I love VPAC! They’ve taken good care of our children. We see Dr. Harkless who’s always so attentive and engaging. She makes every appointment a fun experience. But honestly, all their providers are amazing. Dr. Rossbach, Dr. O’Mara, Dr. Epstein… everyone is so lovely and kind. They take their time to provide education and give the most sincere and great health care to our family.

Unfortunately very disappointed and actually shocked that this is happening. Have been with this provider since birth. Now 10 years old. 6 years ago diagnosed with severe tree nut allergy. Provider denied epi pen refill. Didn't even get a phone call with the denial. Have been getting the same epi pen for years now! Makes absolutely no sense!!!

We LOVE this practice. The office staff are so sweet and all the nurses have been friendly. We especially love Dr. Rossbach who my children have been seeing for a couple years now. His bedside manner is top tier. He gets to know your kids and your family and remembers details about your family that most doctors never do. He is so good with the kids and takes his time to discuss any and every concern. We will continue going to this practice for as long as he is a pediatrician there.

I've been taking my baby to this practice since her first check-up after the hospital and I've had the best experience at the Fair Ridge office. The nurses are very sweet with my baby and know how to act around a nervous parent. The nurse practitioners and doctors we've seen are very calm, answer all my questions and I've never felt like anything I ask has been dismissed. The front desk is very nice, responsive, and efficient. The bonus, they're open early on Saturday's for their newborn clinic, which was perfect since we left the hospital on a Friday after baby was born so we didn't have to be nervous first time parents for a whole weekend!

I made the switch to VPAC 2 years ago with my firstborn after receiving subpar care at our previous practice and haven’t looked back since! I leave every appointment feeling that my concerns are heard, resources and help are always shared when needed, and I *love* that they offer a sick clinic! I finally felt like my child was in good hands when I brought her here and I know her new baby sister is as well. Very knowledgeable and patient staff, I never feel rushed, and have been comfortable with every doctor, NP, and nurse we have met with!
