We went on a Friday for surgery to drain an abscess. We came prepared to pay in full & was told what to bring in advance. Once there & was seen the price went up. Emergency surgery ok we paid it. Still got a bill. And now a collection call during a mandatory quarantine with over 50% of people out of work. That is a new business low. Sadly healthy care doesn't care about anything but greed.
I just wanted to thank Denise for going the extra mile for me with my insurance situation while UnitedHealthcare had 0 clue what they were doing. Thank you Denise!
Don’t go to the one in Shortpump! Not good.Heard good things about them . But the staff not good .
