After having a bad experience with a previous provider, I found Dr. Boyd through online reviews that mentioned he was one of the only local orthodontists willing to take over another provider’s Invisalign treatment. From the first visit, he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. We ultimately decided to switch from Invisalign to braces, and he explained that this would allow my teeth to be fully straightened in about 6 months instead of the original 18. I have been extremely satisfied with the care I’ve received. Dr. Boyd and his staff have been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire 5 months of my treatment so far. Dr. Boyd inherited me after Dr. White retired, and he and his staff have gone out of their way multiple times to get my teeth and jaw back in line. I enjoy going to the orthodontist, which is not something you hear all the time! They make visits incredibly pleasant. The office environment is not like anything I have experienced before, it’s inviting for people of all ages. Dr. Boyd is so good at balancing what he thinks is the best plan, and hearing concerns from me and incorporating those into the plan if possible. It feels like all the latest tech is there, although truthfully I wouldn’t know that for sure - it just feels high tech to me. The staff are also top-notch, and work so well as a team. Came here to get my teeth cleaned & check for cavities without realizing this is an orthodontist office 🤣😒 but let me say Silvana was so kind & welcoming. We were definitely best friends in a past life. The other receptionist reached out to a dentist for me & even called to confirm they accept my insurance. The energy of this place was just so warm & welcoming! I’m sure the doctor matches this energy, if you’re looking for an orthodontist look no further! These people are lovely!
