From the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They take the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which really put us at ease. For my daughter, the team has been especially patient and encouraging, making sure she feels confident about her smile journey. For myself, I’ve appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and how they personalize care for each patient. Appointments are always well-organized, the office is clean and inviting, and the results we’re already seeing are amazing. Dominion Orthodontics is AMAZING! My braces journey has been great thanks to Dr. Mei and all the outstanding orthodontic assistants. I was very nervous when I started the process but it didn't take long before Dr. Mei and staff put my nervousness at ease. I can't forget about the billing coordinator, who was pleasantly helpful on numerous occasions. The level of support, attentiveness, care and friendliness that they all show is grade A fantastic!

I can’t say enough good things about Dominion Ortho, they are incredible. I decided to get Invisalign as an adult in my 30s. They thoroughly explained the process, got my treatment started quickly, and have been phenomenal every step of the way.
