Virginia Family Dentistry Tri-Cities

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish for my first appointment. Scheduling was straightforward and thorough. I was able to complete paperwork in advance, which was a big time saver once I arrived to the appointment. The dental assistant, Liz, was kind and welcoming. Dr. Christina Franklin is so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I felt at ease and well cared for during my visit. I highly recommend this practice!!!

Dr Spears and her staff was so friendly and welcoming! I was satisfied with the facilities and its cleanliness. The front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and conversation. The equipment seemed to be up to date and modern. They were able to engage with my teenage son and treat him with understanding and kindness. I was overall happy with my experience and with the interaction with everyone involved with the process.

Absolutely amazing experience. I needed an emergency filling and was lucky enough to be able to get it done the same day as the consult. Mind you, this is RARE as usually they're pretty busy but they were able to accommodate me. The work done was relatively painless. During the process there was no pain and after the only parts that were sore were the ones that had to be moved and shifted to get where the filling needed to go. You can't even tell it's there and I love it. The staff were incredibly nice and efficient. At this point, they have a client for life with me. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Franklin is and amazing doctor. She's so friendly and pleasant to her patients. She also will not stop until you are completely satisfied with your teeth, and her work is excellent. Also, have to give a shout out to Zaria she is also so friendly and pleasant and knows how to make you feel at easy and comfortable and will answer all of your questions. Loved my experience at the dentist for the first time of having dental work.

Dr. Franklin was really nice and personable. She completed a thorough assessment and was very clear and concise when explaining the areas of concern. She also was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing and ensured my wellbeing throughout the process. The facility was also nice and clean and all staff I interacted with were very friendly. I would definitely recommend!
