CareNow Urgent Care - Puddledock - Colonial Heights

Great people providing great, caring service. I completed the online registration and was seen within about 5-10 minutes of my arrival. The receptionist who checked me in was welcoming and compassionate and quickly put me at ease. I am sorry I did not get her name because she was super and very friendly. I was first seen by Anastasia who took vitals, strep and flu tests. She was very efficient yet caring and compassionate at the same time. Elizabeth the PA who examined me further was the same - efficient, caring and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend Urgent Care and the entire team to anyone. Great experience.

Everyone at this location was incredibly nice, and I felt really comfortable receiving care. Rebecca Patterson (my tech, i think) and Elizabeth Sloan (my nurse practitioner) made me feel so safe and anxiety-free. They explained everything before it was going to happen and worked efficiently and kindly. If you’re a woman with healthcare anxiety, they will make you feel right at ease.

Great place to go, especially without the wait of an ER. I didn't feel rushed. They got me into the back quickly. My provider(thats what they call themselves) was thorough, taking special care to check and recheck the x-rays, before sending me home with the proper care. I definitely recommend this place, unless you like sitting for hours at the ER only to find they don't have room for you.

The staff at Urgent Care are amazing! They make it so easy to be seen and they care a lot. Everything went so smoothly and Teagan was wonderful answering all my questions and concerns.

Great service overall. This was my first visit so I did not know what to expect. The intake/receptionist was extremely friendly. The provider, Kayla Wiggins, was professional, thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner. I was in and out of the facility in less than an hour. Highly recommend CareNow Urgent Care.
