One Dr. and his wife seeing patients and doing injections is ridiculous. Our time is just as valuable as yours. We get to our appointment on time to sit and wait 1-2 hours is absurd. We complain and it doesn't do anything.

My experiences were always good. My personal doctor is very kind and considerate of your situation and takes the time to explain what you don't understand. The staff is always great. Would recommend the VEI to anyone looking foe great service.

I was greeted with a smile after temperature was taken and approved (safety measure). IMMEDIATELY signed in. I was in the office with a very pleasant friend to get my history. I had a test administered for my eyes. Dr. Knape was very friendly and informative. He gets an A+ from me, as well as all the staff that guided me and gave me my next appointment. Thank you!

The worst. One and two hr waits for an appointment

Took down my earlier negative review because I decided to give them a second chance since they seemed busy the first time. The pre doctor was brisk and cold, when I showed up for my appointment they asked me to pay up front, no prior notice, despite my very good insurance, preventing me from being able to use my health debit. Despite what I thought of as a more urgent case my follow up was scheduled for three months out. When my case flared up again about a week later a requested an urgent appointment first thing in the morning, they called back later that evening and said they'd set up something for later the next day, which wouldn't work. She said she'd talk to the doctor and call me back. That was a week ago... These guys don't care about their patients. Going to Gilbert and Farley in c
