⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This has been the best experience. I was absolutely terrified of this procedure. Not only did I have to have all of my teeth removed, but I also needed full All-on-X dental implants. I was scared of the surgery, the IV sedation, the pain afterward — pretty much everything. This entire team is truly the best. From the very beginning, they treated me like a human being, not just another patient. They listened to every concern, made sure I was extremely comfortable, and during my nine-hour surgery I felt no pain at all. It was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. Every single person is caring, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can feel how much they truly want to help people. They even sent me home with a HUGE gift basket — cups, food, a blanket

Dr McAdams was WONDERFUL!!!!! i was sent to his office yesterday from Go Smiles in Herndon to have a very bad infected/swollen tooth removed and he was very thorough when explaining the process, answered any/all my questions. He is super kind and has a wonderful bedside manner, checks on your comfort & well-being throughout the procedure. I will for sure reccomend him to anyone! His team was super sweet and great too! Everything went pretty smooth! I feel about 90% "me" again and it has not even been 24 hours yet! THANK YOU, Dr. McAdams & TEAM FOR AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Just had my Botox done with Dr. Gocke for my TMJ, and once again it was such a pleasant experience! This was my second treatment with him, and he was just as attentive and thoughtful as the first time—he really listens to all of your concerns. Briana, the surgical assistant, was incredibly sweet and even held my hand the whole time since I’m a bit scared of needles. The Reston location also has a very luxurious atmosphere, which makes the whole visit feel extra comfortable and calming. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I’d recommend this place over any med-spa without hesitation!

I've gotten TMJ botox from Dr. McAdams for the past year and half and can't recommend him enough. It lasts for at least 6 months (when I've been to other providers, it's lasted at most 4 months). His bedside manner is very relaxing even when he's sticking needles in my face. The rest of the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

Overall, the experience was professional, and the staff provided clear information about the procedure. The office environment was clean and organized, and the team seemed knowledgeable in their work. One area that could be improved is the wait time. My appointment started later than expected, and a more efficient schedule would have made the visit smoother. Otherwise, the care itself was handled well.
