I’ve always been so anxious about dental visits until I went to NOVA. Kathy did an absolutely fantastic job, especially considering my teeth aren’t in the best shape. She was gentle, patient, very thorough, and NON judgmental lol she made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Chen was veryyyy professional and reassuring. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuinely caring dental staff around Reston!

Been going here for 5 years now it's been an incredible experience. The office is very clean, the dental hygienists and Dr. Chen inform and educate you on the health of your teeth and gums and I appreciate and learned from them so much! I didn't realize how much damage I was causing my teeth at night, but now I have a night guard to slow down the wearing of my teeth. Fillings are done well that I haven't had issues of my bite being weird after and having to schedule a return. Lily is always an incredible receptionist calling to schedule cleaning appointments and I love the text and email system reminders.

I had a great dental service by Dr.chen and Kathy, they are very friendly and nice! I would recommend anyone to come get their teeth cleaned at this location.

What I appreciate most is how Dr. Chen combines expertise with genuine care. She remember details about my dental history and always takes time to answer my questions thoroughly. Even when I've needed more complex work, her calm demeanor and skilled hands kept me completely at ease. The whole staff is amazing! They did an absolutely amazing job for what I needed done also for me which is also very important is they made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the very second we met. Started with them 18 months ago , just had a visit the other day after 6 months and still the same feeling when I walked in the door and left my visit. Definitely recommend to anyone.
