This place is a bird house. Once you sign up for an appointment it’s like you have signed up for a SPAM service. They keep texting you; and like any normal business that accepts confirmation by text, they want you to call them back. And even if you do speak with someone they are unable to hold the appointment. As Sienfield once said ‘you know to take an appointment; but you don’t know how to hood one.’ Effectively it’s a Walmart that keeps trying to sell you stuff. Be prepared the wait for eternity because they double book and make it sound like you are at fault. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON SENSE ARE UTTERLY MISSING.
