The staff is fantastic. They are professional, personal, well-educated and helpful. I have never seen the level of customer service that you get at Vim in a chain pharmacy. I have been going here for five years and have never had any problems.
Great pharmacy in the neighborhood! They function efficiently and smoothly, are easy to reach on the phone, and have my prescriptions quickly ready for pick-up. Moreover, Friendly staff.
I cannot say enough good things about this place and the lovely people who work here. I’m kicking myself for going to the big chain for a few years before I tried Vim. The quality of customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in a pharmacy. Support local independent pharmacies!!!
I know this place has been around for ever. One of the few stores that has survived the test of time. I moved in 1982 out of the city and this store was there. When I called for the eye drops they did not have so - one point
