Village Urgent Care and Wellness Center

just want to express my sincere thanks to the entire team at the urgent care clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front-desk staff were welcoming and efficient, the nurse Priscilla were kind and professional, and the doctor Nedi took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable. The care was prompt without feeling rushed, the facility was clean, and I never felt like just another number. I’m very grateful for how smoothly and respectfully my visit was handled. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care—an outstanding experience all around!

I will say the Provider, Nedi was amazing, and the nurse Ivy was absolutely amazing!!! Went in to get t an x-ray, even though my company just changed providers, and Ivy told me how to get my info from them. Nedi, the provider/doctor wrapped my arm after getting trays. Explained everything and what would be needed, and it cost me $15... can't beat that price or service at all!!!

This is my second time at this location my first with other employees was a great experience but today I wish i can give THIS LOCATION a 0!!! I came in today with a burn down almost my entire arm and was told from the Doctor Amber there was nothing she could do , but offer her words , as she talked to me she did not attempt to do ANYTHING. Even let her know it was burning at the time ! I had to even ask for a work note when she attempted to walk out the room after just consulting. The receptionist was then still proceeding to ask for my $60 co pay . It was said only cause the doctor WALKED in the room it was still taken .There was no discharge paperwork given to me as to why i even walked inside the office which is unacceptable. I have seen a significant drop off in service since the new ownership took over. It’s honestly ridiculous that with limited patients they are so slow to process patients both at entry and within the room. It’s convenient because it’s across the street from my house but I would rather drive elsewhere than come back here again.

The guy I talked to on the phone yesterday, and the nurse that helped me this morning were both amazing!!! I got my immigration physical done here, and they were so helpful, nice, and affordable. I 100% recommend going here.
