Sapphire Family Dentistry - Richmond

I went for cleaning and had a great experience. Since our dental insurance changed had to select a new dentist. I really like that there is no waiting and appointment started on scheduled time. The staff is very courteous and made me comfortable. The cleaning process went so smoothly while I enjoyed watching movie. My entire family comes here. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This place is very welcoming and helpful. Both Dr. Khuu and Dental Hygienist Kyle Tran were very nice, made me feel relaxed and pain free. I was very nervous at first but the environment and staff helped settle my nerves. Would recommend to everyone !

We had an amazing experience at this dental office! My wife, my almost-4-year-old, and I all went in for cleanings, and everything from start to finish was excellent. The doctor was great—very professional, gentle, and thorough. But what really stood out was Chris, the one who cleaned our teeth. His caring attitude and the way he made sure we were comfortable through every step meant everything to us. He was patient with my child and made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. The office is also very close to our home, which makes it super convenient for our family. We’re really happy we found this place and definitely plan to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Sapphire Dental, Richmond office. They have such a beautiful and inviting waiting room that I did not even get a minute in before I was escorted back to my appointment. There was also no waiting time in the chair, a multitasking experience: my teeth Being attended to as I watched TV. All the staff are friendly and the tooth cleaning process EXTREMELY thorough but gentle. I came in from out of town specifically to visit this office & it was totally worth it!

My three daughters and I are patients at Sapphire Family Dentistry. Everyone there is wonderful--Londyn at the front desk always greets us with a smile, my kids love Johnny and Christian as hygienists--they are always so friendly and they do a fantastic job. We usually see Dr. Kyle Tran, who is super personable and professional. Their office is very clean and nicely decorated with a modern asthetic. Highly recommend!
