As a first-time patient at Richmond Eye Care, I was very impressed. The courtesy and professionalism I received were excellent. I truly appreciated being able to get a same-day appointment. Michelle was extremely helpful with my paperwork, and Dr. Nguyen was wonderful—she took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explained my prescription, and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Laham was thorough, professional & kind. The entire Richmond Eye Care team went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that my contact lenses were 💯. After wearing different trial lenses over the course of several weeks, Dr. Laham ultimately found the perfect lenses for me! Twice they ordered special trial lenses for me. Each time I spoke with a team member, on the phone or in person, they so patient & nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We were able to get my 5 year old in on a Saturday. My son had a cornea tear. Awesome care and patience with children. Then we came back on Monday and saw another doctor, Dr. Kurjee—she was so wonderful and empathetic. Highly recommend. Instant relief and top tier patient care.

Great experience! Small and intimate, efficient and convenient. All staff are very welcoming and sweet. It can be hard to change routine and start going to a new doctor, but they made it easy here. Happy to have a nice new place for updating my Rx.
