Village Pharmacy

First off, nicest people working in this pharmacy. I went to move all my scripts from cvs to Village. They took wonderful care of me & I've already called for a refill & had no problems at all. After years of cvs service I wasn't ready to be cared about or listened to, it was nice. Brad hooked up my refill with no worries. Plus the store is super cute!

I waited at the counter for a while only to be told by the cashier that she needed to take the lady that was now standing behind me and prior to that was looking around the store first because she had wrapped something for her. These people need to pay attention when they have customers that are ready to check out. The professional and orderly thing to do would be to check that person out before you wrap their item. I just don't have time for that and no longer will go to this location because this has happened a few times before as well.

What a nice surprise to walk into a private pharmacy owned by nice people and welcoming staff. I was impressed by their array of products, more extensive and unique than the usual large pharmacies. Many lovely and special gifts for children and adults were tastefully decorated and displayed in various areas. The old fashioned candy shop counter was a welcoming site. There were well known pharmacy products on shelves as well as some others I’ve never seen in the skin care area. I will be stopping by here again. I did buy some specialty Archer chocolates that were delicious. I also bought some skin care products that I loved. They also do compounding in this pharmacy so that’s a big plus!

I feel like they just don’t make businesses like this anymore, especially not pharmacies. Ones that make you feel known, appreciated, and supported. I started coming to Village on a whim and can’t imagine going anywhere else considering their friendliness, swiftness, knowledge and capabilities. And the birthday calls?! What’s not to love? So grateful.

We love this pharmacy and always have wonderful service. They know my family and help us deal with any issues with doctors and insurance companies to make sure we get what we need. Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy!
