We had excellent experiences with all our appointments. Ms. Lutzy is very knowledgeable and caring. She truly wants you to hear to your best ability. My husband had hoped to get a small hearing aid. It wasn't to be in his case and she took the time to educate us as to why. I highly recommend the office.

I was really nervous about getting hearing aids but I can tell you everyone at Blue Bell Hearing are great. The hearing test was easy and Alicia made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very through showing me how to put them on and the care of them. I was amazed at what I was missing without hearing aids.

I received a reminder call to pick up my hearing aids and given a full explanation on how to use them. A follow up visit was made in order to access my use of the hearing aids.
