They are the best pharmacy! I needed to pick up a prescription that was a vacation replacement. Kim was phenomenal and helped get the prescription transferred, then had it filled for me! She made it easy and simple and didn't put the task on me to go thru our MD or prescription plan. Voila, it was ready when I arrived and the staff came to the car and Richard, the pharmacist was readily available to answer any questions. This was an A+++++++++ experience. As a patient, it can often be frustrating trying to get prescriptions filled but Trinity and the entire team at Village Pharmacy are fantastic. They work really hard to get compounded medications filled in a timely way and communicate well with the customer. Sooo grateful to have a compounding pharmacy in North Lake Tahoe!
