Lucas is absolutely amazing! He started our session with some deep, active stretching in order to provide a more tailored approach. His knowledge and understanding of tension and muscles and how to alleviate stiffness, heal scar tissue and relieve stress allowed for fluidity when working on the body. I've never ever been so relaxed... And trust me, I have an extremely hard time turning off chatter in my head. Lucas is incredible. This summer I threw out my back and was in terrible shape. I could hardly move, and the muscles in my back we’re so tight from constantly constricting. I saw a chiropractor for a few weeks, which didn’t really help. Then I went and got a session from Lucas. His session was truly the turning point for my back to heal, and in the days after my condition improved significantly. Lucas is a healer; his depth of knowledge, passion, and expertise were clear when he was working on my body, and I could feel the positive impact his session had immediately.
