Village Optical

I cannot say enough good things about Village Optical in KoP. Highly recommend all their offices. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to Dr. Barbara Karagiannopoulos and to the entire office staff for treating me like family. Dr. Barbara was very thorough with my eyes, and she explained things about my eyes I never knew about. The front office staff was also helpful with all of my testings, right through check out. Although, I have used VO for most of my yearly glasses, now I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Village Optical for my medical needs too.

I cannot say enough how outstanding they are!!! From Marty setting me up to see Dr Lynott, who is amazing in every way, seeing to all my special dizziness maladies, to Marty again being fantastic, arranging for and fitting my new glasses, making me able to see and walk without any dizziness for the 1st time in many months, and Marty accommodating all my questions and needs and many tests, to Dr Kim handling all my maladies and needs, as well as the most thorough testing I have ever had...even suggesting and inserting plugs in my tear ducts, which I didn't even know existed!!! And Sierra was very helpful for scheduling appointments! The Village Optical in King of Prussia is, far and away, the best I have ever been to!!! FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY!!!

I have had numerous fantastic experiences at this office. I went for my exam and glasses. I wasn’t sure what to pick or choose and I showed the optician Kitty, some pictures and she helped me find the perfect frames. She also fixed an old pair of glasses that weren’t correct from another place. The doctor was friendly and helpful. I also brought my 6 yr old for his first visit and he got two pairs of frames as well. The pricing is comparable to any other place I’ve gone for glasses. I’ve worn glasses for 37 years and I’ve learned that you definitely get what you pay for. Even when one of my pairs had gotten bent from my kids, they were repaired and just like new with no issues. The customer care and attention is something you don’t fine everywhere. I love it here and will send my friends

I went to Village Optical KOP recently and had a great experience. The staff there are super knowledgeable about my insurance and taught me a lot about the different types of glasses. Marc helped me and he found the perfect pair. The doctor was friendly and made the exam seamless. They also told me I could pick up my glasses at their Phoenixville office since it’s closer to home for me.

Dr. Sarah Derr is by far the best in the game. I have been going to her for my scleral lenses for 5 years and I travel from NYC just to see her. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to explain everything, and does everything she can to get you the best vision possible. I travel 3+ hours round trip every time I have an appointment with her and it is absolutely worth it. The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well.
