Village Doctors of Keystone South Location

Had a doctor named Justin Harrington, first time meeting him,he was extremely rude,no common curiosity, walked in and says "what's going on" no, "hello,i am dr. Whoever and what brings you in today " i am not sure that exists anymore . Still have a bad cough,extremely bad. Didn't even order a chest x-ray. Gave me some pills and have a good day. I asked for him to check my vitamin and mineral levels and he chuckled,I guess because I was a patient who sounded like she knew a thing or two and his response was " the insurance isn't going to cover that unless we have a reason to check them" my history is a reason but we all know he didn't even skim over my past medical issues.

I've been seeing Justin Harrington, APRN, for the past 3.5 years and absolutely love him! All the staff are great there, especially Ashley at the front desk! Always has a smile for me, and she's quick and efficient! The nurses and techs are awesome at their jobs and have great senses of humor! Plus they all put up with my service dog who gets overly excited every time we walk through the door. Village Doctors South is one of her earliest memories but she settles down and refocuses on me. 😊 I'm very thankful to have a great doctors' office so close to home. 💗

I am compelled to express concern regarding the circumstances surrounding my discharge from a medical practice in Keystone Heights. Despite my efforts to communicate with the female doctor regarding necessary adjustments to my thyroid medication and logistical challenges related to scheduled surgery, I received a certified letter informing me of my discharge from the practice. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that the doctor and her receptionist are no longer employed at the practice. I am warning others to exercise caution when seeking care from this practice. My personal experience with the doctor's bedside manner was subpar, and I question whether she conducted a thorough physical examination during my visit. Village Doctors of keystone South is 5 stars They are nice and professional. Justin listened to me and answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed out like some of my specialists at UF health I am a senior and have experienced a lot of medical/ dental practices and I am very happy with Village Doctors

Worst experience I've ever had with any doctors office. I walked in thinking it was a walk in clinic to be told by Ashley at the front desk that they were a doctors office and after taking my insurance card and looking up my info told me they take my insurance. Only to find out a month later that I'm being charged now for seeing a doctor out of network. This office is a scam. I would have gladly went somewhere else if I was not given false information on my first visit. I had originally went in with a bad migraine I had had for 5 days straight so I hadn't had the time to check my insurance. Should not have trusted the girl behind the desk to tell me that they took my insurance. Do not go here.
