Visited Dr. Starling for the first time last week. She was VERY accommodating given that I had a deadline that needed to be met with my problem. The staff was VERY professional and it was clear they were taking necessary precautions during the pandemic to keep everyone safe. I always felt informed on what was going on and it was truly one of the best experiences in a dentist office. Thank you for the great treatment!

First let me start with my deep appreciation for Dr Starling. Prior to last week I was seen by another provider that was substandard, frustrating and costly. Dr Starling and her wonderful staff provided and executed top quality experiences, high quality work, empathetic care and I'm so very thankful for her Team. Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms, the modern equipment, tasteful office setting, TV's on the ceiling (with head sets) to the kind-full front office staff was just awesome! Starling Family Dentistry gets five stars for my visit last week. The waiting room is clean & comfortable with updated furnishings. The Iady at the front desk (Casey, I think) was all you could ask for. I had a lot of questions about prices, billing, insurance, etc. because I don’t have dental insurance. She was not the least bit impatient and gave me direct and complete answers to all of my questions. Patients here shouldn’t expect to have surprises about their bills because you can get all the information you need on the phone and at the front desk. Just ask. I was seen in about ten minutes. My fiance visited this office in an incredible amount of pain and was met with disdain, and refused pain medication. He left the office with a prescription for antibiotics and an indication that if he returned he would be denied even those in the future. If you are looking for a caring dentist, I would recommend Keystone Dental Care. Not only do they have real empathy for their patients, but they also charge less for it. It is my sincere hope that this is not the way that all patients are treated, and that in the future she remembers that those who are suffering are in need of more compassion rather than less.
