Do not recommend. My husband has been seeing this provider for a little over a year now and we’ve had nothing but problems. They don’t ever answer their phones, so they are completely unreachable. So if we need to speak with them about ANYTHING (as simple as scheduling appointments) we have to drive to them, which is 30 mins 1 way. If they schedule a telehealth appointment, it’s been hours past the appointment time when they actually call. But if you don’t answer they are, again, unreachable and you have to reschedule and then are charged for a “no show”. When we do go into the facility, the front desk staff are clueless to how to do their jobs. They will not stack more than 1 appointment into 1 day, claiming “insurance won’t allow it” even if they are only 5 min appointments. I’ve wor
