Villa at Beecher Place

The place is big and roomy with an elevator for at least 3 floors if not more that I haven't seen. No overcrowding every one moving around as they wish with smiles, cheery conversation, and even help getting things up to my son's room, and these are actual residents! So people live here and it is a hospital/rehabilitation center. My son is here due to a tragic car accident and nurses are in and out doing for my son day and night, responding to his needs and wants! Always with a cheery smile and conversation. There is no cold chill about it like a real hospital as each room has it's own radiator and thermostat to control. The halls are nice and wide for wheelchairs and pedestrians. I just wish it had a cleaner odor to it. I thought about bringing at least one can of spray Lysol but I haven'

I had a family member recently here for care. I absolutely love Karla social work she made an easy process to come home after services. And activities with Tonia was beautiful she really made my family enjoy going to different outings and crafting. Thank you Beecher Place

I literally just came back from visiting the facility. I have my family member that is currently residing there. The smell of this facility is unreal. Smells like complete urine and mildew. The floors are completely filthy, and the only one that actually smiled at me was a lady downstairs at the front desk when you walk in I reached the second floor and had not even a hello good morning who are you here to see nothing, And I was in the healthcare career so I have visited places in Florida, Georgia and this one takes the cake

Went to see my nanny, whole hallway smelled like pee she had no drink cups were bone dry we had to go ask for something for her, she also fell a couple days back and was stuck laying on the ground for almost an hour before anyone came to help her up and no phones in the room so she can call if needed.

My father was admitted here with MRSA. and had none of the appropriate care he needed, he was on meds that they refused to give me and my mom the list of. After asking on multiple occasions. Had not been bathed after two weeks of being admitted, they sent him to another hospital for “mental evaluation.” And he now has sepsis. According to my mother it was completely unsanitary and disgusting. Dirty used tissues under the bed, the meals were not balanced whatsoever. He was delusional when he would talk to us, making up delusional stories about how we brought him birds?. Then the nurses there wanted us to bring him shoes when he is unable to walk. Terrible place. Every time and anytime we would call they would say he is asleep, but who sleeps 24/7 when they’re in that much pain. I advise you
