Insight Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine (STATOrtho)

I wrote a review about this urgent care a few days ago. The doctor never performed an x ray even though I asked for it, when I came in, because I stepped on a broken piece of glass. She just felt my foot And told me that it didn't hurt as much as I thought it did.And that there was no glass inside. I finally was able to see my primary doctor who sent me immediately for an X-ray. I had to have emergency surgery to remove this huge piece of glass. From my foot. Now, tell me why the urgent care doctor didn't feel this.? On top of that, to tell me that I was not in pain!

I had a total hip surgery by Dr Gemayel. On September 19th My hip is great 100% pain free and am returning back to work in 3 months time. He is a great surgeon and his staff is awesome they handled my paperwork for short term disability very good and was approved and receiving checks within 2 weeks. I am excited and can't wait to my other hip than my knee hopefully be back on the golf course sometime this summer. Can't wait to discuss our plan upon my return from South Florida and Dec 15th. I highly highly recommend him as being your surgeon and his assistant at his office is very knowledgeable on submitting paperwork to whomever maybe requesting it. The intake staff for the urgent care are absolutely uneducated and unprofessional. They also have erratic hours, as well as take a lunch from 12-1 and take naps at there desks. I was absolutely ignored and not even put into the system as the young man left and did not make anyone aware I was even waiting for a workmans comp appt. I sat there for hours until I finally asked what the problem was, the young girl who was working has absolutely no interest in helping at all and had a horrible attitude, finally and literally threw the intake clipboard at me with no pen and just walked off. I got my case manager to call the charge nurse, who wasn't present and no manager or supervisor. She was able to speak with the director of operations and suddenly everyone was nice..... Waste of time and then

I was sent to this place for a pre employment physical. It's an hour drive from my house. Website at the time claimed to be open until 8pm. I got there at 4 and was turned away as they had too many patients and had changed hours and closed at 5. Told to come back the next day. I did so. Got there at 2:30, only to find an empty parking lot. Went inside, receptionist told that although they are supposed to close at 5, they decided to wrap things up at 2 and went home because they didn't have enough business. Told theyll be open at 8 the next morning andto come back the next day. This will be my third time tomorrow driving an hour to, and an hour back from this place. They are a joke. If it wasn't where my hopeful employer sent me, I would certainly NEVER go there tomorrow or ever. So compl

I’m giving this urgent care 1 star. I’m super disappointed with my experience. The staff were not welcoming at all and didn’t seem interested in helping. The overall atmosphere made me feel like I wasn’t welcome there. When you go to urgent care, you expect basic kindness and attentiveness, but that was definitely missing.
