Great Expressions Dental Centers - Flint East

They always do a great job, but what I like best about them is all the staff including the Dentist have great senses of humor and seem to enjoy each other’s company, which helps put me at ease. I’ve been going there like 14 years and the staff hasn’t changed much, which suggests good teamwork and camaraderie. Not necessarily what you’d expect from a big chain, but this office at least seems to be run very well, happy staff, happy patients!

Miranda was unbelievably cold at the front desk and was completely unwilling to help me. She gave short answers and refused to give me her full attention. She didn't explain things well enough for me to understand and got frustrated when I asked her to better explain the policies at Great Expressions Edit: I reached out to the office after they commented and they ignored me. They billed my insurance $103 because I couldn't pay their ambush copay at an XRAY ONLY appointment I didn't end up accepting. I still went to the appointment I just didn't have $77 for them to take.

First time I went just moved into the area my neighbor recommended them they are a terrific group of professionals so glad I went to them. Very kind & understanding.and everyone knew exactly what they should do. Office staff equally as competent in their jobs & handling the office part very efficiently. Would recommend them highly.

I highly recommend Great Expressions Dental Centers. I do not see myself seeking dental care elsewhere due to their ease of cooperation, friendly staff, and they values my times being their office. Their facility noise level is low and cleanliness.

Dr. Alex is an exceptional doctor. I'm glad my family and I have him as our doctor. Angie who cleans our teeth is excellent too! Rest of crew is great too! You feel comfortable and definitely cared for. Thank you everyone for all you do!!!!
