I told him that I have stiff shoulder from dry eye but I said that’s not true. It is one basic dry eye symptoms. He doesn’t listen what patients say. Even though I said I have been expecting this for long time but he insists that he was right and I was wrong. Don’t see this doctor.

I'm new to the city from texas and I needed a new eye doctor. I settled with Dr. Battu because it is near my work, and seemed convenient. I had been seeing blurry and just wanted to make sure all was good so I booked an appointment. Easy enough, a quick call and they were able to squeeze me in two days from when I called. They were through giving me the details about my insurance, so that was easy. The appointment itself was fairly quick, nothing out of this world. Brought a book and time flew by. I love a cheery doctor, and Dr. Battu was very nice. The staff was also welcoming and attentive. I recommend him! Other details: The space has cool art, it's probably one of the poshest doctor's offices around. (Margaret Keane, if you ever did watch the film Big Eyes) He also has his own line o

I give Dr. Battu/Battu Vision and his practice a BIG Goose Egg! Don't waste your time or money. This practice is not only disconcertingly unfriendly but grossly incompetent. As someone who never owned a pair of glasses, going to Battu Vision was a huge mistake. After being subjected to three refractions tests and given 2 prescriptions, I still couldn't see correctly through my glasses. Glasses which cost me a lot of money out-of-pocket. I was made to feel like I was incompetent for not just accepting Dr. Battu's prescriptions. It was only after going to another eye doctor and getting yet another refraction test that I finally have the correct prescription and glasses, setting me back even more money out-of-pocket. I was disturbed to find out from my new eye doctor that if I had been

BattuVision is the best! My first visit with Dr. Battu was a good one, and I can say that this has been one of my best experiences at an ophthalmologist and I have been wearing glasses since I was six years old! The staff was professional, informative, attentive and patient. The office décor was very relaxing. When I arrived the general waiting area was a bit warm because they were having the air condition unit repaired that day but once I said something about it I was immediately moved to another cooler waiting area and offered a drink of water while I filled out the usual paperwork. The receptionist was very busy but took the time to answer all my questions (and I can ask many questions), my insurance was a bit complicated but the billing person took her time to sort it out and she

Horrible horrible horrible experience! So I made an appointment and had to wait two weeks (which was fine) I came in during my lunch hour and ended up staying almost 4 hours! He was way over booked! I waited an hour to be seen then when I was the staff was unfriendly and re-asked me all the questions that I filled out on my questionnaire. Then the technician kept leaving to see other patients. Then when I thought I was about to see the doctor they put me back in the waiting room. I waiting another 40 minutes before the doctor saw me. He obviously didn't speak to the technician because he re-asked all the medical question and re-ran some test. He told me I didn't need glasses even though I kept telling him that all the letters on the chart were blurry, he acted like I was lying. He then f
