Dr. Lee served as my orthodontist, and I found her to be not only highly professional but also very communicative about every procedure being done. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. She has been my orthodontist for several years, and I had my braces removed about 2 years ago. I am truly grateful for the journey I experienced under her care. To express my appreciation, I am writing this review. If you are considering any of the services she offers, I highly recommend her.I have immense confidence in myself now and wear a smile everyday. This was my best investment & It’s absolutely worth it, and I hold so much appreciation for this business, Dr. Lee, her mother, and her team. Wishing everyone a wonderful day!

First and foremost, I just recently read the previous reviews....I must say I totally agree with them. I paid a lot of money as well. I had braces to close a gap I had on the side of my mouth....I asked for clear braces. They gave me clear at the top but then the silver metal ones at the bottom but charged me as if I had both clear braces on the top and bottom. When I got my braces removed, the orthodontist took off some of my enamel. When I went to my primary dentist and asked why certain teeth had patches on them....that's when I was told my enamel was taken off! I was very disappointed! My daughter has also received treatment from this office and during the pandemic, I tried to call to make payments and no one returned my calls. This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever been to. I had my braces completed in 2018 and I called to get a new retainer because the clear plastic retainer must get replaced ever couple of years. The receptionist said that I was not allowed to schedule appointments and could not explain why except for the fact that I canceled an appointment last minute last year. If they are really banning people from rescheduling because of a canceled or no show appointment they don't deserve to be in business. All they had to do was require that I pay a no show fee and schedule me, but its alright! I see that I am not the only one disgusted with their office.

I have read many reviews about terrible customer service, to a certain extent this is true. Trying to get someone on the phone n schedule appointments was a hassle throughout the pandemic. My daughter had a popped bracket for months because of that. But once covid settled in a bit more, it has not been that bad. I've been treated very kindly, I've missed appts n was simply charged the $25 fee, on many occasions the fee was waived. Today my daughter is getting her braces removed and receiving a retainer. If anything happens that falls in line with other reviews of poor braces treatment I will update this review. But as of now , the staff properly communicated the process, what to expect during any appointments, have treated me kindly and professionally.

Do not recommend this place at all. They do not make things very clear. They choose which policies to enforce and with who. I say this because I was told that they sometime enforce certain things but could not apply it to me. Staff is unprofessional. I’ve had to wait to get what I needed done because the woman wanted to complain to her coworker about how her table from another job wanted to tip with a gift card. They are rude when you point out the inconsistencies with their actions and policies. Just go somewhere else. If you have a reasonable issue, they will tell you to go somewhere else as well. They blame customers and do not take responsibility. I’ve had to go back twice to get my wire retainer fixed.
