“5 Stars” for Victoria Nursing & Rehab Center in Miami Florida. I live in New York and this facility has been a heaven sent location for my mother. My mom suffered a massive stroke and needs 24 hour care due to her condition. She was transported from Kindred acute facility in West Palm to Victoria Rehab. I simply want to express my humble appreciation to Ms. Jackie, Admissions, Ms. Caridad, Patient Activities, who also helps with FaceTime calls with my mother. I want to acknowledge the 7th floor Nurses for all their help and assistance. My mom has a long road to recovery and I’m confident that the doctor’s rehab plan for her will work because I’m already noticing the improvements. Great center for nursing and rehabilitation. From Jackie Morris in admitting who expedited an admiral over the Thanksgiving holiday to the nursing staff and nursing assistants. My mother was sent here after being really ill and bedridden for 2 weeks at Mercy Hospital. A complicated UTI that went into the bloodstream. I'd preface this that my mother is not the best patient by any means and needs a lot of patience and support because of her anxious nature. The infection left her kidneys extremely weak so she needed dialysis. They would promptly get her up at 6 bathe her and send her down to get dialysis. No warm blanket, none of her prescribed psychiatric medications to relax her, until I had to step in and make a fuss about it. They also did not follow up labs for her previous infection which turned out never fully resolved and required her to return to a hospital (this time Mount Sinai) under the pretext of a necessary blood transfusion as per rehab. Victoria Rehab and Nursing, a great facility for the elderly. The nurses and cna’s are caring and compassionate with the patients. These ladies and gentlemen will feed them, talk to them and make them laugh. They are constantly from room to room ensuring they are well. The positive energy from the staff is felt throughout the floor. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

Awesome service they look out for the patient better than a city hospital. And an awesome staff. And Milly awesome support and all in all a beautiful person inside she really has a tremendous heart when it comes to looking out for the patient.
