Another amazing experience at Vicki Morav. This time, I was in need of a serious facial after too many sunburns. Zakia stepped up to the challenge. And did not disappoint. Although I kept apologizing for all the work she’d have to do on me, she cheerfully and thoroughly went through every spot on my face and was genuinely thrilled (along with me) when she saw the before and after. She was so polite and professional, knew when to talk, when to be quiet, when to preview a service…just really spot on. And let’s talk about the overall space. I have been ordering my BR products from Resque Spa for years but this time I decided to try Vicki Morav. First and Last time. Yes, my order arrived for 3 days which is the only good thing. I opened my bottle of Lotion p50V a couple of weeks after I received it because I had left from my previous one. And here start my disappointment... Very watery consistency, not the same smell and it doesn't turn my face red as usual p50V does on my skin. I contacted the customer service about the issue but they don't seem to care. There is nothing they can do. I should have contact them earlier - their answer. Thank you Vicki Morav!

10/10. Hands down the absolute best place for a facial in NYC! I have been getting bimonthly / monthly facials for the past 5 years at another top NYC spa, and after having been recommended to Vicki Morav multiple times by a highly regarded professional and person friend in the beauty industry, I finally decided to give it a try and I cannot recommend enough! The facility, products, and services are all elite and well worth the price tag. I now see Natasha and after two facials, I can say my skin looks better now, than it ever has before (and I’ve tried all types of fancy facials, microcurrents, lasers, injections, expensive tools and products, etc). I highly highly recommend the microneedling! I have very sensitive and reactive skin and I’m on day 2 and my skin has improved drastically!

If you are in NYC and need a facial, Vicki Morav Skincare is the best! I recently got a gift certificate from one of my friends, and she had gotten me a facial with Vicki Morav specifically. I felt so privileged and special because I have never ever had a facial like that before, and I don’t even think anyone is a match to her - and Trust me, I’ve had many facials in the upper east side, and they’re all over priced and lack imagination. Her approach to clean the skin is old school, but I am alll for it. Loved my treatment and I am definitely a repeat client.

Excellent customer service, affordable shipping to Hawaii which is not easy to come by! When I contacted them (via the online form) about a question I had regarding a product, I got a quick response and Vlora (the person who emailed me) was so friendly and helpful! I will continue to be purchasing from Vicki Morav for all of my Biologique Recherche needs, and I highly recommend them :)
