I had such an amazing 90-minute Gyrotonic session with Dr. Chen at Vibrant Physical Therapy! I’ve been exploring Gyrotonic recently and she is the third teacher I’ve tried in the area—she is by far my favorite. Because of her PT background, she is incredibly attentive to posture and small adjustments that make a huge difference. It was a full-body workout that left me feeling both challenged and energized (and yes, I actually sweat!). I’ve trusted her with my injuries in the past, and I’m so glad to see her in this beautiful new space.

I cannot recommend Dr. Chen enough. I had planned to drive to Vancouver, but the night before my trip my lower back pain became so severe that even sleeping was painful. Before leaving, I decided to make a last-minute visit to see Dr. Chen—and I’m so glad I did. She spent a very solid 50 minutes to an hour working hands-on, carefully releasing extremely tight and irritated nerves and muscles. More importantly, she was able to accurately identify exactly what was causing my pain, instead of just treating symptoms. She then patiently taught me specific exercises to do at home to strengthen weaker muscle groups, which made a huge difference.
