This place has top notch service! It was easy to connect with someone when you called in. Got my staff in quickly for a custom hearing device and when she was in the office, the team treated her with professionalism and patient focus. I will be utilizing this office going forward with my employees for custom hearing devices. Thank you to Kaylee! (I hope this is how you spell your name :/) She was amazing from start to finish! As an office manager for an oral surgery practice and who knows how people/patients should be treated, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Evergreen Speech and Hearing Clinic! I had an excellent experience at Evergreen Hearing and Speech Clinic in Kirkland when my mom went in for her hearing exam. The Audiologist who conducted the test was highly experienced, incredibly polite, and took the time to explain every step thoroughly. What truly stood out was her attentiveness, she was mindful that my mom is not a native English speaker and made a genuine effort to ensure she understood the entire process. Her patience and care made my mom feel comfortable and well supported throughout the appointment. The facility itself is located in an extremely convenient and easy-to-find spot. The staff were friendly, professional, and struck the perfect balance between warmth and professionalism. From reception to the exam room, everything was smooth, organized, and welcoming.

Great audiology practice. Have been a patient for two years since moving to the PNW. The doctors are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They took time to listen to me. Office staff very nice. I could not have found a better place to help me with my hearing issues. On my initial visit, Dr Limb alerted me to balance issues related to hearing. For my most recent visit, Dr Danneker was so very helpful with my hearing aid adjustments.

I recently had an appointment at the Kirkland - Evergreen speech and hearing clinic. I am a new patient who recently suffered from sudden hearing loss in my right ear. I was referred by my ENT doctor. The hearing test was done well. I have no complaints about the care I received. Being a new patient I had no connection to any of the doctors. When I scheduled my appointment I was told I was seeing Dr.Daniker. Instead of seeing Dr.Daniker an audiology intern did my hearing test. She did very well. She was not working under Dr.Daniker as I suspected. She was working under Dr.Lind. I feel I should have been told of the changes in regards to my appointment when I checked in at the desk. Also I feel my Doctor should have introduced himself as a courtesy.

Dr. Danneker and the entire staff at Evergreen Speech and Hearing Clinic in Kirkland were wonderful, kind, professional, and very patient with my 86-year-old mother during her hearing test. The results were explained in a clear and thoughtful manner, and all of our questions were answered. Highly recommend.
