My husband, our dog, and I felt very comfortable with the entire staff we met on the day of our visit. Dr Gendreau was very knowledgable, and yet he was able to speak in terms that we were able to understand. He was willing to answer all of our questions and concerns. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. Because of the professionalism by the entire staff, and the fact they showed kindness to Kiwi, even though we are nervous about surgery, we feel confident that we have chosen the right place.

Amazing place to bring your pet for surgery. Very helpful and friendly staff. Found out my dog needed TPLO surgery on both his back legs. Dr. Gendreau did an amazing job with each surgery and I couldn't be more thankful to have been given the chance to give my dog a better quality of life.

I have used their services twice now. The doctor there is amazing. Makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. All staff I've come into contact with has been caring and helpful. The doctor even called the night we brought him home to check on him. They care.

Was very nervous about our dog's surgery. After talking to Dr. Stephan was totally comforted. He took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do. I can't recommend anywhere better to take your pet. From the front desk to the surgery staff everyone was wonderful. Dr. Stephan was very knowledgeable and took his time with us. After surgery he personally called to tell us how it went.

Outstanding care at the Veterinary Orthopedic Center. Our 208-lb dog, Odin, recently had TPLO surgery, and the entire team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, made us feel at ease, and took amazing care of him before and after surgery. We’re so grateful for their expertise and kindness—Odin is on the road to recovery thanks to them. The front end staff was so pleasant. Highly recommend!
