Went due to hearing aid that they had sold not working. They only wanted to sell me new hearing aids (Hard Sell) not try to fix the non working ones. Had called numerous times to try to sell me new ones. Only interested in selling, nothing else. Beware of hard sell!!!

Great customer service! Mario is awesome. He takes his time and explains everything to you. He doesn't rush you at all. The receptionist is really nice and very helpful!
