I showed up a couple minutes late for my appointment due to traffic. When I walked in, I was very apologetic about not making my appointment on time, but the staff assured me that everything was okay and welcomed me in with a smile while completing my check-in. That was the first confirmation that I chose the right clinic. Shortly after arriving, Dr. Sheahan introduced herself and began listening to my concerns while examining my cat. She was so informative and explained everything to me in a way that I can actually understand!!! Unfortunately, this was not the same level of care that I received a few weeks prior at a different practice. They were so understanding when I was in a panic and I knew my dog’s eye condition needed intervention immediately if I were to try and save his eye site. I was at work, but my dad was on the way with my pup. I spoke to Nina and she was able to contact a doctor right at 8 am (even though the doctor wasn’t in clinic yet). They do not accept walk-in but they were able to accommodate same day. Dr. Goldenberg really took her time explaining the pathophysiology of glaucoma, treatment options and prognosis. She was realistic. Didn’t sugarcoat it. Follow-up was easy! Overall, from start to finish this office really works well. Their communication is beyond!

My dog recently had cherry eye surgery and revision surgery here for a failed cherry eye surgery. Dr. Erickson and the staff are extremely reassuring, helpful and thorough. They are very caring and take their time to explain everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
