I cannot thank Dr. P enough for the amount of times he has helped me and my family members. He is the only provider that has allowed us to feel 100% heard over our health concerns and actually takes the time to explain and examine patient needs. My family is very lucky to have him as a provider.

I cannot thank the doctor at this medical facility enough for the exceptional care he provided to my son. Our 5-year-old son had an accident at school and needed immediate medical attention. The doctor who treated us was absolutely fantastic! He was gentle and patient with our son and took extra care to make him feel at ease. I could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks to his expertise, my son was able to get two stitches without any tears. Extremely friendly and professional, and I felt like they genuinely cared about our well-being. Our experience here was a true testament to the level of service and care they provide. Very nice, caring, uncrowded, clean with a very smart doctor. My family member have used and benefited from having a doctor that listens, cares, and knows exactly how to treat you to get the best outcome for your health. I would give this doctor a 10 if I could. The best gem in the valley and Malibu area.

Dr. Plasencia has been an exceptional caregiver for our family. Not only has he provided excellent medical care for our two little daughters, but he has also shown genuine concern for their well-being. His expertise and compassionate approach have made our visits to his office a positive experience for the entire family. I can’t say enough about this urgent care, the service, the Dr and Nurse. Dr P. Is AWESOME!! He’s super nice, very patient, very professional and has an excellent “bedside” manner. I have had to go a few times now and each time has been a perfect experience. I don’t feel like a cog on a conveyer belt like at other urgent cares. You’re always treated with care. The facility is VERY clean, there’s minimal waiting times. I can go on and on. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
