Exer Urgent Care - Calabasas - Agoura Rd

I came to this urgent care clinic today ( 1/16/26) with my son because it states that it opens at 8:00 AM. We arrived right at 8:00, but were informed that the doctor was running late and would not arrive until 9:30 AM. This is already the second time this has happened to us. For an urgent care clinic, accurate and reliable opening hours are extremely important. Patients come expecting to receive care when the clinic is listed as open. Coming early in the morning with a child and being unable to receive care for an additional 1.5 hours was very inconvenient, and we ultimately had to leave and go to another clinic. The clinic’s posted hours should reflect when a provider is actually available.

PA-C Rebecca Zaghi was wonderful! I usually don’t write reviews, and have had not so great experiences at some urgent cares. She is extremely personable, has great bed side manor, and even went out of her way to call a physician she was referring me out to. She called me after my appointment after doing more research on medications that would work for me. Staff is very friendly and facility is very clean, with medical grade air purifiers.

Booked a telehealth appointment because I tested positive for covid. The process was inconvenient, I wasn't getting any of the notifications they said I would, finally got checked in with someone who said my provider would be right with me, but then the provider came on and just ended the call without any communication.

Walked in without an appointment and my wife was seen pretty quickly and given treatment for her illness without much hassle. After a poor experience at an urgent care down the street, it was nice to see not all are run that way. No one likes being sick and they made the process as smooth as possible to get in and out with what we needed.

Over the past 5 years I visited 4 times with no complaint, today I had to enter all my life story and personal information "again", and again on my cell phone, and again, and again, but it didn't work and no one at the office cars, so I left and find another Urgent Care who Cars with no problems!
