Veterans Administration Hospital

Telephone system for an appointment scheduling line is terrible. It is a maze that leads to discontent. You can’t get an agent to answer your calls if your life depended on it. It should not be this difficult to schedule an appointment with the PCP as a new patient.

My experience was great. Staff is very kind and patient. Assured me and helped me what needed and helped me with my appointments and meds. A very good experience versus some of the VA I've had to go. Only concern was they are under construction in certain areas and the layout was a little confusing but the staff is very helpful with directions.

I wanted to address a complaint!!!! Durham VA - my husband trusted VA hospitals but the truth is VA Durham is really BAD!!! You all have no concern to your patient , you let my husband wait in the ER for days without room only in the laboratory exam room. Plus you force my husband to get a higher dose of Oxygen which is really crazy... then you called me telling me that my husband will be INTUBATED after 2 days and so!!!!!!!! YOU ARE ALREADY PREDicting that my husband is will die and there's no HOPE!!! You WILL KILL MY HUSBAND !!!!!! Thank GOD, the Lord Father in Heaven give me wisdom to pull out my husband in that hospital coz something is not right there and I felt it!!!! No room, no proper care for Veterans for Covid patient, family can't come or visit, or see, no proper exercise of bre

Staff nurses on 4th floor are kind, Compassionate, and professional. Hats off to Tonya and Lucy who helped us find our way when we. Were lost.

The staff is fantastic! They are friendly, kind and helpful. The hospital is clean and signage easy to read and navigate.
