My dog was really sick couldn’t eat and eye infection . They gave me the same day appointment. They were really helpful and they saved my dog . Their service was Excellent. Want to thank first of all the receptionist Ms. Lisa and the Vet she is the best Dr. Yamada . My dog is feeling so good now .

i brought my lil old lady stella in yesterday with joints/arthritis concerns and everyone from the front desk, to vet assistant, to the vet himself were all so amazing and sweet! very good customer care, i expressed i was on a bit of a budget and they helped me find a prescription elsewhere. i will continue to bring my girl back here for any future vet visits, and i would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new vet! thanks vetco escondido ☺️☺️

Dr Yamada was kind and professional. She showed compassion to our dog, and gave us tons of recommendations to best help him. They gave us a cost estimate before doing anything, and the cost was very affordable compared to our other vet on Nordahl Rd. I do recommend Vetco. You don't have to have pet insurance, but you can.

This place is absolutely awful. The employees have no idea what they’re doing and offer no helpful recommendations. This was our first visit with our dog, and we had a coupon for a free exam, but we were told it couldn’t be applied because “we had been there before” — which is completely false, as this is our first pet ever. I was double charged, and despite being told the discount was applied, it wasn’t. We were sent home with no useful information and they couldn’t even manage to email the documents correctly. When I spoke with a supervisor, they just made excuses instead of taking responsibility. Very unprofessional all around. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend anyone else waste their time here.

I had a great experience at Vetco! Dr. Sam Banino and the entire staff were kind, professional, and truly cared about my dog well-being. They made the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
