Dr. Kelly has a great bedside manner. He is very thorough; also takes the time to explain his findings in away that can be understood. He is empathic and very upbeat. My sons are very comfortable with him.

I can't express how grateful we are to have came across Verona Pediatrics. It feels like family every time we go and all staff knows our daughter's name. The professionalism, positivity and warmth you feel walking into that office is something that is invaluable for families who put trust in a medicine group with the health of their child! My daughter saw Dr. Mallon the first year of her life. When she retired, we were distraught but we started seeing doctor Nielsen and it has been just as much a positive and fulfilling experience. Maureen and all front desk staff are truly amazing, sweet and welcoming!!! If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I'd be the first to give them 100! Verona pediatrics has provided care for my two daughters for several years now. I left two other practices prior to finding them. I have been extremely happy with the level of care and compassion I have found from all members of the staff. I am in the medical field myself and can recognize high quality and these doctors are fantastic. As an added bonus my girls actually love visiting the office which puts less stress on me not having to drag them in there! Highly recommend!!

Horrible. First time mom here and I had requests and concerns regarding my sons vaccinations that I wanted to speak with the doctor directly about and was refused by the woman at the front desk. It wasn't even about my request , it was the way I was spoken to & told that the doctor would not speak to me. I understand there are policies which is why kept asking to speak with the doctor and was refused everytime. If I had the opportunity to SPEAK with the doctor I would have changed my request. After cancelling my apmt because they would not let me talk to the doctor prior to my apmt, I checked MyChart and they input INCORRECT information in my sons chart stating that I SPOKE to the doctor, I had a fear of vaccines (which was not true, I had QUESTIONS) ,& that the issue was addressed (never

If there was a 0 star, I will leave that instead of the 1. I have never encounter an office where they wouldn't take a patient, I have seen a doctor who was on another office for the last 13 years, she now moved to Verona Pediatrics and it is unfortunate that due to unefficiency of the other office I am unable to have my daughter be seeing there because they need records. What more record can you get if my daughter has been seen by one doctor her whole life. Horrible experience, Staff need to learn to follow directions. I will get my records believe me, but I will never step a foot in this office. One ungry mom.
