The quality of service I received from Deborah A., the dental receptionist, was substandard. During my visit, Deborah was not apologetic about the lack of communication and transparency surrounding my appointment. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism and spoke out of turn. I was blindsided by her personal attacks and felt bombarded when she resorted to berating me. Deborah A. said on more than one occasion, “You always have an issue,” “You always have something going on” and if “you’re not happy here, you don’t have to come here.” (I have both video and audio record of this exchange). Why would the receptionist feel emboldened to speak to me in this way? Are these the sentiments of the doctors at the practice and the receptionist is merely echoing their beliefs? I would N

I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone who has had dental anxiety in the past, finding a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with is paramount. Dr. Jessica Joseph not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every way possible. Jessica's expertise and skill were evident throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explain the procedures involved. Her knowledge and gentle approach reassured me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process.

For 5 years, I had issues with my upper back morals on both sides. My previous dentist neglected my pain. After two root canals, I decided to switch dentist. Dr. Majewski was able to give me the crowns that I needed and saved my teeth! I am so happy that I switched dentist. She is a great dentist

It feels like family coming to the dentist. Great customer service and personable attention from front staff to the dentist. Small family practice where they treat each other as family instead of just coworkers. One of the few medical offices in which the doctor(in this case dentist) actually read everything I wrote on my intake file and read my chart before I got there every subsequent visit. I’m extremely impressed. Keep it up Doctor Majewski!

The hygienist was gentle and efficient all while being very comforting. Dr. Majewski was very friendly and thorough. Everyone that I encountered in the office was friendly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dental practice.
