My experience with the doctors, including Dr. Yucht and Dr. Kim, has been EXCELLENT —they are attentive and provide great care. However, I’ve noticed some of the staff taking patient histories for example could be more engaging. At times, it feels like they’re going through the motions rather than actively listening. A bit more warmth and attentiveness from the staff would make a big difference.

Dr was very thorough and took the time to explore all possible reasons for my issue and was very personable
