I want to praise the physical therapists Peter Lopez and Nick Bacani from Vermont Care Center for the services they’ve provided in my mom’s C. Gastelum recovery journey. Their patience, professionalism and dedication has given my mom the confidence she’s needed during her physical therapy sessions. They are teaching her the independence skills she’ll need once she’s discharged. Thank you both for everything, my family and I truly appreciate your support and hard work.

My mom was admitted after a fall that broke her shoulder. What a wonderful place! Every one of the staff were caring and so sweet. The place is kept spotless and smells so clean. There was never complete silence...you could always hear words of encouragement, laughter, and friendly conversations. My family and I were completely pleased with Vermont Care Center!! Thanks to all the wonderful staff!!!

My mom was admitted to Vermont to recover after her hip surgery and injuries sustained from her fall. We couldn’t be happier. The staff are kind, compassionate and caring. Everyone from the maintenance crew to the management took good care of us and treated their patients with respect.

They don’t return phone calls. There is never a doctor around. Nurses are incompetent. It’s like no one wants to work. Social worker is non-existent. It is highly unsafe. Call lights are ignored. I beg of you, avoid this facility at all costs. I reported them to California public health.

I was admitted to Vermont Healthcare from the hospital about a month ago, and it's been a very pleasant experience recovering here. The Rehab has helped me regain a lot of my strength. The night nurses and CNA'S have been extremely helpful and kind. The Physical therapists have all been amazing as well. The Kitchen staff is willing to change my meals if i request it, and are very accommodating with my diet. I'm very happy I ended up here at Vermont.
