The office is run so efficiently; patients are rewarded for being on time with prompt service; the staff communicates clearly and timely with return calls and thorough explanations of billing. Furthermore they are patient and helpful, especially when it comes to providing insurance documentation. The office is a clean and inviting, and Dr. Kwak's bedside manner eases the nerves of adult first time wearers.

Dr. Jinny Kwak is amazing! She's gets the job done and is very kind. After 2 years of orthodontic treatment with Dr. Kwak, my daughter's teeth are back to normal and look incredibly beautiful! All the staff are very kind and willing to help. The clinic is very spacious and clean and I've always felt comfortable while waiting for my daughter's treatment.
