Powder Brow procedure (love them): The shop was inviting and Denise is a true professional, explaining the procedures in detail during each step. Her numbing cream made the procedure pain free allowing me to relax and fall asleep. I have had microblading 3 times in other shops, each time leaving thinking I would never do that again due to the pain and/or the look of the brows.
